Tracy Bickel

Director

Tracy has over 15 years of People Management and Marketing experience in both commercial and government markets.  She has over 10 years experience in Human Resources as well as Recruiting and Staffing functions for government contracts.  She has led the internal teams and processes that enabled successful recruiting and strong employee retention programs.  She is responsible for leading the efforts of the HR, Recruiting, and Marketing Departments.

She has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) Central Maryland Chapter since June of 2015 performing in the roles of Secretary and VP of Communications.  Prior to her work on the Executive Committee she served in multiple leadership roles in the Chapters sub-group, the Women In Intelligence Group (WIIG).  She was co-lead for the development of the groups first annual WIIG In A Minute, a conference which offers women within the IC candid professional discussions and mentoring in a small group setting.

Tracy has a B.S. in Communications from Towson University.

Tracy lives in Anne Arundel County with her husband and two children.  She is a lifelong horse racing enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
