One of the things I learned early at CollabraSpace is that the leadership wants a close-knit and happy team. A theme that rings true over and over again. My first experience was with health insurance, I was not accustomed to small company health care costs. I had been with the company for not more than 8 months. It was more than an adjustment. The company heard my concerns, empathized, monetized that empathy into my paycheck, and worked the next year to take things into consideration about the offerings of our health plans. We still have vision therapy as a benefit, to this day. Instant results from a team that cares and will do the “little” things.
