Designing systems is a combination of art and science – each woven together, inseparable, if done well. Pulling together all of the information, ideas, and intuition from teams and watching a system evolve I find fascinating and wonderful.

What advice would you give to someone who’s just starting their career?

Learn as much as you possibly can from those around you and value each experience, good or bad, as a learning opportunity.

If you could share one story about something or someone at CollabraSpace, what would it be?

During my first stint with CollabraSpace, the entire company fit into a single limo for the company Christmas party the first year I was there. Now we have to rent out entire theaters and suites in order to fit everyone. The growth has truly been magical to watch.
