COLLABRASPACE’S MARK TANNER AND STRATEGIC ANALYSIS’ DR. HEATHER DAVIES TO PRESENT WORKSHOP AT IDGA’s 2nd ANNUAL BORDER MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Effective Border Management Through Mission Critical Collaboration

Annapolis, MD — Oct 20, 2006 — CollabraSpace®, a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government and commercial enterprises, announced that Mark Tanner, Director of Law Enforcement and Homeland Security for CollabraSpace and Dr. Heather Davies, of Strategic Analysis, will deliver a joint workshop at IDGA’s 2nd Annual Border Management Summit. The conference will be held October 23 - 25, 2006 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Washington, DC. Tanner and Davies will deliver the workshop on October 23, 2006 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

The interactive workshop titled, Effective Border Management through Mission Critical Collaboration, will cover how organizations that have been charged with improving inter- and intradepartmental communication can achieve success. Tanner and Davies will share their expertise and discuss how to counter threats to homeland security by involving state and local government and the private sector through effective, real-time collaboration.

Prior to joining CollabraSpace, Mr. Tanner was the Director, Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force (FTTTF), Counterterrorism Division, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The FTTTF was created pursuant to Homeland Security Presidential Decision Directive-2, dated 10/29/2001.

Heather J. Davies, Ph.D. is an Associate in the Policy and Strategy Division at Strategic Analysis, Inc. Dr. Davies is responsible for managing SA’s homeland security and intelligence portfolio that provides analytic assistance to government decision-makers to develop and implement efficient and effective homeland security programs and policies.
