COLLABRASPACE NAMED A TOP PRIVATE COMPANY IN BALTIMORE AREA

Annapolis, MD — Jun 23, 2006 — CollabraSpace® , a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced that it has been named one of the region’s “Fastest Growing Private Firms in the Baltimore Area” by the Baltimore Business Journal. CollabraSpace placed 49 on this year’s list, which ranked firms based on revenue growth between 2004 and 2005.

This is the second consecutive year that CollabraSpace has been ranked one of Baltimore’s top firms.

“Throughout the past year CollabraSpace has grown in every way as an organization, not only adding several new employees, but also securing a reseller agreement with BEA Systems, a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software,” said CEO Ray Schwemmer, CEO. “It’s an honor to be recognized for these achievements.”

Earlier this year the Baltimore Business Journal named CollabraSpace the best small company to work for in the Baltimore area. Schwemmer was also recently recognized as a finalist in Ernst & Young’s competitive Entrepreneur of the Year award competition.
