COLLABRASPACE RELEASES SOFTWARE PROVIDING "REMOTE CAMPUS ACCESS"

Annapolis, MD — April 10, 2006 — CollabraSpace®, the leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced the release of CollabraSuite® V.4.1. Dubbed “Remote Campus Access,” V. 4.1 is tailored to fit the needs of multi-tiered organizations, and allows for seamless collaboration among multiple collaborative environments, or campuses.

Within CollabraSuite, the term campus is used to refer to a single collaborative environment; and a single deployment of CollabraSuite within an organization could comprise one or more campuses. This latest version of CollabraSuite, V.4.1, enables communication across these various campuses.

“For example, a large organization with multiple subsidiaries may deploy multiple campuses,” explains CollabraSpace CEO Ray Schwemmer. “With V.4.1, they would now be able to access each other’s collaborative environments, enabling vastly improved collaboration among the various subsidiaries and the parent organization.”

For security purposes, Version 4.1, which can be deployed between networks or within the same enterprise application server, requires an additional level of administration to create and manage connections between campuses.

Multiple updates have also been made to CollabraSuite to enhance its user-interface, performance and intuitiveness. Users can now type, drag and drop URLs and documents into chat messages, edit their audio preferences, and sort pages and documents based on preference. In addition, Version 4.1 offers broader administration functionality.

V. 4.1 is now available.
