COLLABRASPACE ANNOUNCES RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH BEA SYSTEMS

Annapolis, MD — April 3, 2006 — CollabraSpace®, a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government and commercial enterprises today announced the general availability of CollabraSuite, BEA WebLogic Edition. CollabraSpace and BEA Systems, a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, have signed a software license agreement to deliver a collaboration solution designed to seamlessly integrate with the BEA WebLogic environment. The new solution can help provide a real-time, web accessible, secure, configurable virtual work environment for organizations.

CollabraSuite, BEA WebLogic Edition is designed to provide a virtual representation of a workspace, to a portal or web application, that is made up of integrated campuses, buildings, floors and rooms which can be deployed in a distributed environment. Features include presence awareness, instant messaging, whiteboarding, document retrieval and storage, access controls, and audio/video web conferencing. CollabraSuite, BEA WebLogic Edition is designed to be configured to provide just the functionality an organization needs so that users can attend meetings and share analysis from a unified desktop.
