CollabraSpace's Mark Tanner To Address Security and Intelligence Experts at the 2006 International Intelligence Summit
Annapolis, MD February 14, 2006 CollabraSpace™, MarkTanner, director of law enforcement and homeland security at CollabraSpace, will speak on "Information Sharing and Intelligence" on February 19 at the International Intelligence Summit. The three day summit, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, VA., is a non-partisan, non-profit educational forum that brings together members of the intelligence community for roundtable discussions relating to anti-terrorism.
Tanner, who recently joined CollabraSpace after spending 22 years as a special agent for the FBI, will discuss the fundamentals of establishing and operating an intelligence task force in a post - 9/11 world. During this session, Tanner will share his personal experiences from the bureau - ranging from drug intelligence, to gangs and counterterrorism. He will also address the challenges and opportunities of information sharing, and present possible solutions for effectively assembling dispersed organizations and data to prevent and deter acts of terrorism.
