CollabraSpace Expands Management Team, Appoints Director of Federal Sales

Tim Demski Joins Firm to Lead Public Sector Sales Effort

Annapolis, MD — October 17, 2005 — CollabraSpace™,a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced the appointment of Tim Demski as director of federal sales. With more than 15 years experience within the Intelligence community, Demski will manage business development, customer satisfaction and sales for CollabraSpace's public sector. Demski will report to Ray Schwemmer, president and CEO of CollabraSpace.

As a member of CollabraSpace's senior leadership team, Demski will be responsible for building the company's strategic alliances and partnerships. He will also help grow contract opportunities within the government division.

"Tim has acquired a great deal of experience working with federal agencies and we are delighted that he has joined the CollabraSpace team," said Schwemmer. Most recently, Demski was the senior sales executive for ObjectFX, a software provider that integrates dynamic location-based services into enterprise applications. There he was responsible for sales within the Intelligence community, working with federal agencies that included the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office.

Previously Demski was the director of federal programs for Virage, Inc., where he doubled business within the federal market. Demski holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the University of Baltimore.
