CollabraSpace Expands Board of Directors With Seasoned Technology Specialist
Former COO/CFO of Conquest Information Technology, Martin F. O'Neill, Appointed to Board
Annapolis, Md. March 14, 2005 CollabraSpace™, a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government organizations and private entities, today announced the appointment of Martin F. O'Neill to its board of directors. O'Neill, an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), will provide strategic counsel to the growing collaboration solutions provider.

Before joining UMBC, O'Neill served as COO and CFO of Conquest Information Technology, a $60 million IT services firm. There, he led the company to a highly profitable acquisition by Boeing Space & Intelligence Systems, where he later became the director of Maryland operations. In this role, O'Neill managed Boeing's relationship with the National Security Agency (NSA).
Previously, O'Neill held C-level positions at Canal Bridge Consulting, a management consulting firm, and CTX Corporation, an IT services company. Earlier in his career, O'Neill worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and Oracle Corporation. A frequent public speaker, O'Neill has also published multiple papers and is co-author of the book "Act Like an Owner...Building an Ownership Culture," (John Wiley, 1999).
