CollabraSpace Releases CollabraSuite Version 3.4 Collaboration Software

Upgrade Includes Enhanced Desktop Capabilities and Improved Security and Flexibility

Annapolis, Md. — November 17, 2004 — CollabraSpace™, a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government organizations and private entities, today announced the availability of CollabraSuite Version 3.4, an enhancement of the Company's collaboration software that includes new desktop broadcasting capabilities, improved audio and video components, firmer security and more flexibility.

Version 3.4 features advanced audio video capabilities including automatic component installation and device detection, as well as improved mobility with the addition of undocking and video resizing capabilities.

CollabraSuite users now have greater desktop flexibility including the option to present a portion of their desktop to other users during web conferencing.

Also new to Version 3.4 is increased security on document sharing where document owners can easily grant or deny document read and write privileges to one or more users or groups of users. Document sharing and viewing have also become more flexible as users may now import multiple documents into a room view, allowing quicker access and comparative views during collaboration sessions.

CollabraSpace's CollabraSuite Version 3.4 is available immediately.
