Michelle Flesher has over 18 years of human resources, recruiting and employee relations experience in the defense industry. She has extensive experience in providing strategic leadership as it relates to recruitment, administration,  public relations and marketing.  Michelle has a customer service commitment to both internal and external interactions.

Other positions Michelle has held include Division HR Manager, Program  and Office Administrator.

Michelle holds a dual B.A. in Business Administration and Media Management.

Michelle lives in Carroll County with their two children. During her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors and reading.
