Fran Landolf

Fran Landolf has a 30 year career in the United States government defense department with five year experience consulting in government, defense related industries and the commercial sector.  He is qualified in digital signals analysis,and processing, executive leadership and change management.  Fran has a background in advising at agency and congressional oversight levels.

Fran holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY-Postdam, Master of Science from Clarkson University and Master of Arts from the University of Kentucky.  He is the author of Noble Intent and has been published in various technical publications.

Fran and his wife live in Baltimore, Maryland.  They have two grown children and two grandchildren.  Fran enjoys running, hiking and biking.
