CollabraSpace is looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in large system development environments with experience in requirements analysis, architecture development, and systems development.

Experience with domain specific Object-Oriented programming, focusing on connections to networks, modeling and storage. Knowledge of appropriate selection of CASE tools, processes and security architectures.

Experience and knowledge in web services and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) as they pertain to wrapping legacy applications and systems.

Performance tuning experience on mid to large projects. Experience should be able to meet the requirements of modeling, scalability, security and management.

Experience in the following: Solaris and Linux; and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks. Significant experience in the following: Designing complex collection systems; integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows 2000); performing tradeoff studies; System performance analysis. System performance analysis scalability and security requirements for mid to large scale projects.

Experience in applying Agile methods desired.

Experience in the design and development of complex systems. This experience must include requirements analysis, subsystem design, network design, and data flow analysis.

Experience offering support in solving varied engineering related problems; plan and design systems the integrate computer hardware, software and communication technologies while maintaining focus on requirements, budget and installation schedules.
