CollabraSpace is looking for a mid-level software developer who can perform tasks with minimal supervision. This individual has experience in intensive software development environments with experience in requirements analysis, software development, integration and support.

Experience in some applicable programming language such as the following: JAVA; C++ or C; COBRA; J2EE; Perl; JavaScript; UNIX scripting languages; XML; HTML; workflow tools such as JBoss or Weblogic; DOM; AJAX; Apache; Spring, near-real-time processing, collection systems, network protocols & standards GUI development, mission management systems.

Experience with at least a few of the following: Analyzing test data; Writing test scripts; Utilizing CM tools; Test automation development or some demonstrated development experience; Performance / load / stress testing; Data interface testing; Data migration testing; User interface testing; Security testing; Code coverage tools; Systems integration testing; Web server, OS, and SQL database setup and administration.

Experience with domain specific Object-Oriented programming, focusing on connections to networks, modeling and storage. Knowledge of appropriate selection of CASE tools, processes and security architectures.

Experience and knowledge in web services and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) as they pertain to wrapping legacy applications and systems.

Performance tuning experience on mid to large projects. Experience should be able to meet the requirements of modeling, scalability, security and management.

Skills in programming using Top Down, Event Driven, and object oriented paradigms desired.

Individual has software development team experience and subject matter expertise for software development and engineering.

Experience as a Software Engineer supporting software architecture development, requirements analysis, design, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and unit & test integration (with both new and legacy systems).
