Configuration Manager
Job Description
CollabraSpace is looking for a Configuration Manager who has experience with in configuration control, identification and process implementation.
The Configuration Manager will be in charge of Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Verification and Audit, ensuring the program is adhering to policies, procedures, requirements and industry standards, as applicable. This individual will provide CM oversight of the organizational operations such as operations and maintenance, engineering, design and development, testing and evaluation, acquisition planning, budget, cost and schedules. The individual will also develop and maintain CM plans and procedures, establish and maintain baseline configuration specifications and reports, coordinate with support team and customer functions regarding CM plans and requirements, create and maintain Configuration Management Database, work with acquisitions personnel to track and maintain service asset records to include hardware and software inventories and associated warranties and licensing, collect data, maintain records and provide status concerning release of changes, coordinate periodic reviews of hardware and software to data, and verify that all engineering documentation is subject to release system and has been properly approved and staffed with customer organization before any configurations are changed
Required Experience
Experience performing functions of configuration management (CM) to include Planning and Management.
